A NOTE ABOUT SPECIAL ORDERS
Although we attempt to keep most of what we sell in stock, ready for immediate delivery, some items, such as sofa systems, dinnerware, or flatware, must be ordered according to customer specifications. These are orders placed by moss on your behalf. We charge you at the time of placing the order, and give you a time frame when we will deliver the order to you. This time frame will vary depending on vendor and the item ordered. Please note that once placed, special orders are not cancelable. In the case of furniture systems, there are often a large number of options for fabric, color, and configuration.
