notes:
The "Gran Khan" sofa, a name which references the leaders of the Mongolian empire, consists of a leather hide, with edges uncut, resting atop a luxuriously soft frame. The sofa references the rulers, or "Khagan", who ruled the great Mongol Empire beginning with Genghis Khan in 1206, and the couches and carpets that once furnished Mongolian Nomad tents.
