In the Fornasetti ateliers, every single piece is completely hand-made, and produced in yearly, limited editions. To produce a piece such as this, the graphics are silk-screened onto a pre-lacquered and painted surface.

about Piero Fornasetti: Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988) was a visionary. He was at the same time an artist, printer, graphic designer, craftsman, manufacturer and businessman. His distinct decorative style and often humoristic approach was immensely successful; his work was (and still is) sold throughout the world. The company Piero founded in 1940 is now being led by his son, Barnaba Fornasetti.
