Perished Collection table designer: Studio Job design year: 2006 manufacturer: Studio Job, The Netherlands materials: hand-crafted furniture in Macassar Ebony wood with laser-cut Bird’s Eye Maple inlays notes: Each piece of furniture in the Perished collection is signed with the Studio Job logo and produced in a limited edition of 6 pieces. Perished was conceived as a suite of furniture, including a table, traditional bench, screen, and pedestal, realized in precious hardened tropical woods, decorated with inlays depicting animal skeletons laser-cut and assembled by expert craftsmen. The Pedestal displays a cast bronze plate depicting the cockroach, ancient survivor which refuses to perish. dimensions: 89" x 36", height: 30" price upon request
