The Delft in Detail exhibit held in 2001 at the Gemeentemuseum in the Hague was curated by Jongerius. The exhibit included the museum's collection of ancient Delft pieces (traditional Dutch porcelain) and contemporary multiples by young designers inspired by this heritage. Jongerius contributed her own work by introducing the Delft tradition to her already classic handmade service, "b-service".
