This cookware is part of the Copernico Project. The exterior is polished, the inside satinized to increase thermal conductivity and prevent scratching. The base is made of three layers: steel, aluminum, and steel again. The handles are forged. The lid handles are inclined slightly, allowing a more natural hold.
