Dear Designer, Manufacturer, or Product Representative:

While it is extremely important to me and to moss to receive information on new products, and very flattering that people think of us, it is also very important that we receive information in a manner which allows us to review it in the most practical way for our company.

First, neither the Store Manager nor the sales staff is involved in the selection of products offered at moss. Therefore, please do not attempt to engage them in discussions of your product, nor try to give them samples. They are instructed to refuse all such discussions or submissions. I am sure you understand that a retail store environment is not the proper place to review products and, again, the staff at the store is not involved in the buying process. Thank you in advance for not involving them.

Secondly, I kindly request that printed information only (absolutely no samples) on product offerings be submitted by mail to the store address (see below), attention Daniel Basiletti, Product Manager, or by email to daniel@mossonline.com. Daniel presents all submissions to me, and we carefully review all images and descriptive information regarding each product. Please note that we will neither accept nor review any actual samples of product that are sent to us unsolicited. These will be discarded, unopened.

Third, please understand that we are unable to return any printed matter submitted. Therefore please do not send any printed matter which you wish to have returned. Without exception, we are not able to return any photographs, catalogues, etc.

Lastly, please do not call or write to follow up. Know that although we appreciate and welcome new product ideas, we are not able to respond to each submission we receive. Should we need further information, we will most certainly contact you.
